Kids find fun ways to wear Face Masks

In keeping with the theme of useful items with a photo that you like on them, my website is now offering masks.
I thought it was an interesting idea to be able to offer these as I have many photos that translate from compassion to fun. I love the idea of being able to offer the funny faces of animals on the masks for children to wear so they can see a facial expression or something familiar as the go about their day. My idea is that it helps children feel like they have their own ability to choose what they are wearing as a facemask, helping them take charge of how they want to come across to others they encounter during the day. I like the idea that children might find some relief of their anxiety as they see a sea of facemasks as they go to the grocery store, or the park, or as they look out the window at people moving along the street.
When I found out that the facemasks were going to be offered I thought about teens being able to have some fun with all of this with their friends or their own personal statements that they want to make every day. It might be fun to coordinate with colors or personal preferences about animals or flowers that they like. It works well with groups to identify who is in a group, like 4-H, or a gardening group growing food at a neighborhood garden. It could even be a dog group where everyone is wearing a dog photo on the mask as they all get together in the dog park with their dog. It could just be a person walking daily with a mask that makes them feel good as they put the mask on before they go out.
I like the idea of being in the grocery store or a line somewhere carrying out a chore or a daily task and the photo on the mask contributing to others connecting with one another through the photo. It feels interesting that the photo would be a conversation starter whether it be a heart shaped leaf, a flower, or a llama face. I also thought it was fun to think about how people might appreciate putting on a mask that helps them express what they are currently going through even as it changes for them. It was a great mood indicator – like the old mood rings, if you will. Ha ha ha. It was just really evident to me that this was yet another way to choose how you are going to approach this with an item that you might need to incorporate into your life as you see fit. I am all about choosing things that work for you that you can stay excited about. It works for me.
